Current Season AW26 & Extra Edit Collection
Items from our current Autumn Winter 2026 collection, including the Extra Edit Collection, may be returned for store credit only.
Refunds are not available on sale items.
Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" are past-season styles and clearance pieces.
These items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

RETURNS WITH REFUNDID CHECKOUT PLUS
Available for Australia, USA, Canada & the UK
We offer returns through our returns partner Refundid, giving customers a simple, upfront way to cover the cost of return shipping through Checkout Plus.
How Refundid Checkout Plus works
At checkout, you may choose to add Refundid Checkout Plus for $4.25AUD
This is an optional, non-refundable fee
If you need to return your item, lodge your return via our online returns portal
When Refundid Checkout Plus has been added, a return shipping label will be provided at no additional cost
Why choose Refundid Checkout Plus?
Return labels can cost up to $16 within Australia
International return labels can cost up to $30
Refundid Checkout Plus allows you to avoid paying these costs later if a return is needed
Important to know
Refundid Checkout Plus must be added at checkout
Refundid Checkout Plus cannot be added after an order has been placed
If Refundid Checkout Plus is not added, eligible returns are still accepted, however return postage is the responsibility of the customer

STORE CREDIT
For eligible returns, we offer a store credit with a $10 bonus.
Store credits are issued as a digital gift card with a 3-year expiry.
Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

Australian Customers
Refunds are available on full-priced items purchased online
Exchanges are available within Australia only, subject to stock availability
Return shipping is covered only if Refundid Checkout Plus was added at checkout
USA, Canada & UK Customers
Eligible for a refund or store credit where applicable
Exchanges are not available

Return Conditions
Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Returned with all original tags attached
Lodged within 14 days of delivery
Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN

Enter your order number and email address
Follow the prompts to select your return option
If Refundid Checkout Plus was added at checkout (AU, USA, CA, UK), your return label will be provided automatically.
If Refundid Checkout Plus was not added — or you are returning from New Zealand — return postage must be organised at your cost.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
We will offer a replacement or refund, subject to availability
All items are assessed by our Quality Control team
This is handled in line with Australian Consumer Law
CANCELLATIONS (INCLUDING PRE-ORDERS)
Cancellation requests must be made within one hour of placing your order.
Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.
Sale and reduced items cannot be cancelled.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES
United States & Canada:
Import duties and taxes are currently covered by us, so you won’t face any additional charges on delivery.All other countries:
Import duties and taxes are not included and may be charged once your order reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery can be made.
