We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of order placement. During sale periods and other peak times, dispatch may take a little longer due to increased order volumes.

Cancellations
Please note that all cancellation requests must be made within one hour after an order has been paid for. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. Sale and reduced items cannot be cancelled.
