We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of order placement. Delivery time frames begin from when you receive your shipping notification, not from when the order is placed on the Zaket & Plover website.

Free express shipping for orders over $250 NZD.

International express: $18 NZD.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

International (Outside of AU & NZ)

We cover all duties and taxes, so there are no surprises for you upon delivery.

We ship all orders via FedEx Express, with delivery typically within 3–5 business days.

Shipping for U.S. customers starts at $29 USD.

Cancellations

Please note that all cancellation requests must be made within one hour after an order has been paid for. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. Sale and reduced items cannot be cancelled.

Please note that any order that has been lost or damaged in transit via Australia Post, is not the responsibility of and will not be compensated by Zaket and Plover.
