RETURNS WITH REDO

Available for Australia, USA, Canada & the UK

We offer returns through our returns partner Redo, giving customers a simple, upfront way to cover the cost of return shipping.

How Redo works

  • At checkout, you may choose to add Redo Checkout+ for $4.25AUD

  • This is an optional, non-refundable fee

  • If you need to return your item, lodge your return via our online returns portal

  • When Redo Checkout+ has been added, a return shipping label will be provided at no additional cost

Why choose Redo?

  • Return labels can cost up to $16 within Australia

  • International return labels can cost up to $30

  • Redo allows you to avoid paying these costs later if a return is needed

Important to know

  • Redo must be added at checkout

  • Redo cannot be added after an order has been placed

  • If Redo is not added, eligible returns are still accepted, however return postage is the responsibility of the customer

STORE CREDIT

For eligible returns, we offer a store credit with a $10 bonus.
Store credits are issued as a digital gift card with a 3-year expiry.

Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES (FULL-PRICED ITEMS)

Australian Customers

  • Refunds are available on full-priced items purchased online

  • Exchanges are available within Australia only, subject to stock availability

  • Return shipping is covered only if Redo Checkout+ was added at checkout

USA, Canada & UK Customers

  • Eligible for a refund or store credit (where applicable)

  • Exchanges are not available

  • Return shipping is covered only if Redo Checkout+ was added at checkout

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Lodged within 14 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

SALE ITEMS

Final Sale Items

Final sale items include past-season styles and end-of-season sale pieces.

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, unless deemed faulty.

Sale Items – Current Season

Sale items from the current season collection may be returned for:

  • Store credit, or

  • Exchange (Australian customers only)

Refunds are not available on sale items.

The welcome first-time purchase offer is excluded from final sale restrictions.


NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

New Zealand customers must lodge their return via our online returns portal.

Return Options

  • Store credit or refund (where applicable)

  • Exchanges are not available

Return Postage

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

  • Customers must organise and purchase their own return shipping label

  • We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind

Redo is not currently available for New Zealand returns.
Redo is working on introducing returns for New Zealand orders and expects this to be available in the coming months 🤞🏻

Final sale items are not eligible for return.


HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN

  1. Visit our Returns Portal

  2. Enter your order number and email address

  3. Follow the prompts to select your return option

If Redo Checkout+ was added at checkout (AU, USA, CA, UK), your return label will be provided automatically.
If Redo was not added — or you are returning from New Zealand — return postage must be organised at your cost.


FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund (subject to availability)

  • All items are assessed by our Quality Control team

  • This is handled in line with Australian Consumer Law


CANCELLATIONS (INCLUDING PRE-ORDERS)

Cancellation requests must be made within one hour of placing your order.
Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.

Sale and reduced items cannot be cancelled.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

  • United States & Canada:
    Import duties and taxes are currently covered by us, so you won’t face any additional charges on delivery.

  • All other countries:
    Import duties and taxes are not included and may be charged once your order reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before delivery can be made.

Customs policies vary by country. If you’re unsure of potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate.
